Now, the program would suddenly shut down indicating that the password was wrong. It is for this reason that her sister (the girl's mother) tried to fix the problem, but was unable to do so. The lady then communicated to the instructor what was happening. The two agreed to make a phone call to find out the solution, but they were unable to find it.

Mike Piccolo told how his sister took the girl to her friends' home to see if there was anything with her Internet or IP. "Same story. It works, however, then she kicks it and can't log back in. The problem seemed to go on and on until one day they went to a friend's house to see if she could start a session from there. That friend had been the one who found the girl's trick. It turns out that she would intentionally close herZoom account and then enter the wrong password up to 20 times to get locked out of the account.
