A group of teachers at the University of Mendoza, in Spain, has been accused of making fun of their students. In addition to being based on sympathy to award the grades of students, and not on their knowledge at the time of taking the test.
Through a video clip leaked on social networks, the teachers can be seen debating their students' grades after one of them disconnected from the video chat.
"We need to offer this girl a job. With everything she says she considers herself better than a teacher," was one of the most striking phrases. He further capped off his barbarity by adding afterward, "Let's give her a 6 so we don't listen to her anymore."
Despite several of the teachers remaining silent throughout the teasing, other teachers joined the debate without a second thought. Each one commenting in a totally negative way on the confidence shown by one of their students, a totally repudiatory echo:
"This girl has a way with words... So sure of herself that she fucks anyone up" added another teacher. "They're right, I've taken a dislike to her attitude too" another teacher unabashedly replied.
By the end of the video clip, which is just over a minute long. The instructor recommends "let's do shit to the last one too," related to the student who had just left the virtual board. Crazy the group of Professors Mocking Students.
The reaction to the video was to be expected across social media. Many were outraged by the comments from "education professionals," while some teachers responded that it was "no big deal."
University Reaction to Professors Mocking Students
In view of the wave of reactions everywhere, the authorities of the University of Mendoza in conjunction with those of the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism, and Design had to issue a statement before the situation arose in their coffers, to calm the tempers produced by the clip.
